Kawish Flood Relief Activities in Badin - Sindh:

Thank you very much for your warm & quick response in terms of donations regarding Kawish Flood relief activities at Badin – Sindh.We have managed to get 20% further discount on each food packet; now one packet would cost Rs. 2000 despite inclusion of cooking oil pack & life saving medicines (Gifted by a well wisher). Therefore, your donated amount would result in 20% increase of packets for onward distribution to victim families.

Logistics Support from Sigma motors - Pakistan:

Sigma Motors has offered Kawish to work jointly in remote areas of Sindh such as Badeen & Mirpur Khaas. Since, approach is difficult due to high water levels and broken roads therefore; Sigma Motors have offered Range Rovers vehicles to move towards inaccessible areas carrying necessary Food items. Our joint trip on Sunday sep 18 ‘2011 is confirmed. We appreciate the support of Mr. Amanullah Khan & Col. Syed Zafar Uddin Ahmad (retd) for their fullest cooperation.

Mode of Distribution & Financial brief:

Alhamdulillah, we have gathered Rs 1.7 Million worth contributions. We have transferred Rs 01 Million to Karachi branch for first distribution of packs (worth Rs 2000 each. See content sheet appended below) scheduled on Sunday September 18’2011 inshallah. Distributions at Badeen & Mir pur Khaas shall be done by our 15 members Kawish – Sigma team via a token system arrangement allocated to most deserving victims after thorough survey prior to distribution.Our account sheet (Donation / expense) regarding Sindh flood relief project is a below.
