Kawish was a concept to put in effort to make a positive impact on the lives of people in under privileged area of rural Pakistan. The concept translated into building a basic dispensary in April 2004. The dispensary has gone through several stages of developments & improvement in service and has now grown into a basic health unit where periodic eye operation camps are held and basic health advice and medical support is given to the poor people of this area. To date, Kawish has seen thousands of patients walk out of its doors cured and healthy at no financial cost to them barring a small token fee. Our vision is to expand its operations and facilities to the extent that it can provide support to pregnant women with respect to their antenatal care anf their newborns for guidance on vaccination and hygiene.

Under the same management, several schools are being run at no cost to children or their parents. These schools provide education up to the level of class 6. Boys and girls are selected on merit are given a chance to through next level of Class 8 and 10. In parallel, students are being trained on the computer with the intention of equipping them with education and skill to earn a decent livelihood and contribute towards the country's property.

There are plans to introduce vocational training in next stage to hone the skill and talent of the youth of the area. This will give them an opportunity to settle well in the fast changing practical world and at the same time participate in the nation's progress.
